The second annual Blip Festival, hosted by Eyebeam and kicking off onThursday, November 29. Organized by NYC art space The Tank and the artist collective 8bitpeoples, Blip Festival 2007 will feature four days of concerts, workshops and presentations by artists, musicians and hobbyists who use low-bit videogames and computer hardware to make their art.
