Lyons Wier Ortt Gallery is pleased to present Farewell 511, a group show of gallery artists commemorating the final exhibition at 511 West 25th St. The exhibition features work by Asgar/Gabriel, Jeffrey Beebe, Amanda Besl, Kermit Berg, Mary Henderson, Frederick Jesser, Cheryl Kelley, Carter Kustera, Miki Lee, Patte Loper, Mark Newport, David Packer, Fahamu Pecou, James Rieck and Matt Straub.
After five years of having the gallery at 511 West 25th St., Lyons Wier Ortt Gallery is pleased to announcement our move to our new ground floor gallery space located at 171 Seventh Ave. (at 20th St.) Lyons Wier Ortt will continue to champion its established program of emerging and mid-career artists while expanding the boundaries of the established Chelsea art community. Ideally located in the heart of Cheslea, we look forward to exposing our artists to this rapidly changing and vibrant neighborhood.
Along with our strong fall-season roster of Fahamu Pecou, Patte Loper and Carter Kustera, we will also be participating in Preview Berlin (September 28th – October 1st) and Pulse Miami (December 6th – 9th). We cordially invite you to stop by and see what's happening in East Chelsea.
