Paul Sharpe Contemporary Art (PSCA) announces the opening of Paul Sharpe Projects at 547 West 27th Street, Fifth Floor. Located in the same building as Aperture Foundation and more than two dozen art galleries, Paul Sharpe Projects is a new exhibition space.
“
Dylan Blue Stone: New Silkscreen Prints”, will feature a suite of graphic works on paper by the artist who typically works in a style that incorporates graffiti, anime, cartoon, and tattoo esthetics with sprayed paint on canvas or paper. The exhibition will be on view from May 3 through June 2, 2007. A reception will be held on Thursday, May 3, from 6 – 8 PM.
The project space is comprised of a discreet corridor gallery that is open whenever the building is open. Gallery hours are thus Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM; Thursdays from 8 AM to 8 PM; and Saturdays from 10 AM to 6 PM. An adjacent office is open by appointment.
