SHAG Sahlman Haroche Art Group

After over a year of searching, Peter Sahlman and Maurice Haroche finally found a great space in one of the top gallery buildings in Chelsea. They decided to join forces and open a cutting edge contemporary gallery to launch the careers of emerging artists.

Sahlman and Haroche have built their professional careers in the art world by specializing in secondary market dealing. Now they are excited to discover and promote the work of progressive multimedia artists hidden in Brooklyn and beyond. In this first year, S H A G plans to present a combination of contemporary New York-based artists.
