A native of West Virginia, Aaron Zimmerman is a 31 year-old artist and writer. Mainly focusing on painting and drawing he is now based in New York City.
Formerly a contributing writer for NYArts Magazine he now writes for crowndozen.com and Germanys Zoo Magazine. Artists Statement: "I use found images to create digital collages that I obsessively render in traditional illustrative media. The tight pictures that result use gore, banality and sardonic wit to make observations on a haphazard assortment of socio- cultural issues." | |
