Allison Hunter

Allison Hunter’s photography and art installations are in the collections of major museums in the U.S. and Europe. She graduated from the Ecole Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne, in Lausanne, Switzerland, with her Diplôme (M.F.A. equivalent) in 1990. In 1995, Hunter began working with digital image processing in combination with black-and-white photography, video, jewelry design, and other media at the Integrated Electronic Art MFA program at Rensselaer in Troy, N.Y. After graduating from Rensselaer (M.F.A. 1997), Hunter participated in international residencies in Canada, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Russia, and Latvia.
